1. Free Access Policy
Currently, all skills and content on 10x.in are provided free of charge to registered users. Since there are no paid transactions, no refunds are applicable at this time.
2. Future Paid Services
When we introduce paid services or premium content in the future, this policy will be updated to include specific refund terms and conditions.
3. Workshop Registrations
For paid workshops and masterclasses:
- -Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event
- -50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the event
- -No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the event
- -Full refund if the event is cancelled by us
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible purchases:
- 1.Email us at hello@10x.in with your request
- 2.Include your order/registration details
- 3.Provide reason for the refund request
- 4.We will process your request within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
