QUESTIONS worth

Everything you need to know about 10X Growth OS — how it works, what it reads, and what stays in your control.

The product

What is 10X?

10X Growth OS is an operating system for ecommerce marketing. It connects your store, ads, email, creative, analytics, and customer signals and turns them into campaigns, content, offers, product-page updates, and reports — all in one reviewed queue. You approve the move. 10X drafts it.

General AI tools help inside one surface — a chat box or a single app. 10X crosses storefront, ads, email, creative, analytics, and Memory at the same time, then returns one reviewed queue instead of loose drafts across a dozen open tabs. The context stays connected. The work stays yours to approve.

Memory is the shared context layer that every specialist reads before it speaks. It holds your brand voice, approved claims, customer language, past winners, failed tests, and decisions. When a campaign is drafted, Memory checks the output against what you have already approved. Every specialist starts informed, not blank.

10X includes twelve operating layers: Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, CRM, Memory, Design, Generative, Planner, Social, and SEO. Each specialist reads from Memory and writes back to it, so every move adds to your institutional knowledge.

How it works

The workflow.

Products, reviews, approved brand voice, ads, email history, customer segments, policies, analytics, and the Memory attached to your ecommerce. Each source is used to ground the campaign queue — not to generate loose copy with no provenance.

The workflow runs in five steps: Connect context → Choose the goal → Generate the pack → Pass review gates → Export queue. Each step is traceable. The goal decides which specialists join. The gates check claims, voice, offer, and destination before anything leaves.

Approval gates are checkpoints that run before any draft is exported. There are four: Claims (grounded in product data or reviews), Voice (checked against Memory), Offer (discounts and CTAs stay founder-controlled), and Destination (export surface confirmed before it moves). Nothing ships without clearing them.

No. The default posture is draft and queue. Claims, offers, voice, budget, and destination stay gated until you approve each class of work. You decide how much autonomy each surface gets. Nothing goes live without a human in the loop.

The queue is a structured list of reviewed drafts — not a chat thread, not a prompt box. It can include a Meta ad brief, Klaviyo email draft, UGC creator script, PDP copy module, budget change note, and a Memory update — all from one campaign brief, all ready for your review.

Your stack

Setup & compatibility.

Yes. Existing products, customers, reviews, campaigns, flows, and analytics make the read sharper. A new brand can start with a smaller Memory; an existing team brings more source material. The more context you give, the more accurate the output.

10X connects to Shopify for your storefront, Meta Ads and Google Ads for paid campaigns, Klaviyo and CRM for lifecycle, Google Analytics for measurement, and Social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) for organic. All specialists share one Memory layer.

Shopify is the primary storefront integration. Other platforms are on the roadmap. You can still use the campaign, lifecycle, creative, and analytics specialists without the Shopify layer active — the Memory layer works across all of them regardless.

Most teams are running their first campaign queue within a day. The faster path is connecting your highest-signal sources first — Shopify, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo together give Memory enough context to start producing grounded drafts immediately.

Trust & control

What stays yours.

You do, always. Bundles, discounts, deadlines, exclusions, urgency language, and budget movement are founder-controlled by default. 10X can draft the offer angle, but it never moves money or publishes a promotion without explicit approval at the gate.

10X reads customer signals — segments, order behavior, open rates — to inform drafts. It does not store raw personal data or expose individual customer records in outputs. Sensitive replies (returns, order status, policy questions) are drafted for your review, not sent automatically.

Yes. You can raise or lower autonomy per specialist over time. Most teams start with everything in draft-and-queue mode and selectively raise autonomy for lower-risk surfaces — like social captions or analytics summaries — once they trust the output quality.

The review gate is designed to catch it before anything ships. When you reject a draft, that decision goes back into Memory — so the same mistake doesn't repeat. Every correction makes the next round smarter. The system learns from what you approve and what you don't.
